  • Sidney, Ohio: Rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the Monumental Building, an historic opera house, as a municipal court facility. This, and two other listed, nineteenth century buildings face each other in the center of this city; a Louis Sullivan bank building and the Shelby County Courthouse.
  • Leesburg, Virginia: Expansion and renovation of historic court facilities on the green of this eighteenth century town in the center of Loudoun County.
  • Ellicott City, Maryland: Renovation and expansion of the 1840s Howard County Courthouse, winner of an AIA design award.
